1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Boardku. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Boardku provides an agentic AI data analyst that connects to your data sources, investigates changes in your metrics, and generates dashboards and reports. The Service relies on automated reasoning and may produce results that require your review before you act on them.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Upload data you do not have the right to process, or connect sources without authorization.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you connect or upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Boardku and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Boardku assists with analysis but does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boardku will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, you can export your data within a reasonable window.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
